Can I choose a memory color without ashes or hair?

Yes. We can make every jewel with your chosen memory color alone, without ashes or hair. If you do choose ashes or hair, you can indicate this while personalizing your jewel. Both versions cost the same and are handmade with the same care.

How much ash or hair is needed, and how do I send it?

Accepted Answer

Very little: about a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair. After you order, you receive our discreet sending kit free of charge, with a suitable container and clear instructions. Anything we do not use is returned by registered mail with your jewel.

Question 3

Do the ashes or hair remain visible in the jewel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subtly. We mix the ashes or hair into the colored resin and apply it to the jewel by hand. Up close, you can see a fine, natural texture in your memory color. From a distance, it looks like a refined colored stone.

How long will it take to receive my jewel?

If you choose color alone, we begin immediately. If you choose ashes or hair, we begin when your sending kit arrives at our atelier. A silver jewel in a standard size is usually ready within 3 business days. A custom-size ring takes 4 to 5 weeks. We then ship it free, registered and insured. Which size or length should I choose?

For rings, select your size when ordering or have your ring made to a custom size. If you are unsure about your ring size or the length of a necklace or bracelet, contact us before ordering. We will be glad to help you make the right choice.

Which materials and warranty do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We make every jewel in 925 sterling silver and, on request, in solid 9, 14 or 18 kt gold. Selected models are also available in gold-plated silver. This option is shown on the jewel’s page when available. Every jewel is handmade in our atelier in Belgium and comes with a 2-year worldwide warranty.
